Job Responsibilities
- Support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Develop individualized learning plans
- Assist students with learning, behavioral, and communication challenges
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with parents, therapists, and school management.
Requirements
- Degree or certification in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, or related conditions is an added advantage
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
