Job Title: Media Personnel (Content Creator & Social Media Manager)

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Reports to: Culinary Director
Working Days: 3-4 working days

Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented Media Personnel to join our dynamic team as a brand custodian, marketer, storyteller, and strategic communicator.
• You'll shape our brand's image and digital presence, create engaging content, and drive our social media strategy to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos of meals, events, and kitchen processes that highlight texture, color, and appeal.
• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, maintaining a consistent brand tone that's classy, vibrant, and premium.
• Develop and execute creative campaigns for special packages, seasonal offers, and major events.
• Collaborate with chefs, event managers, and service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor and address public feedback, maintaining a positive brand image.
• Tell compelling stories that build trust and emotional connection with our audience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and Adobe Creative Suite you.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.

Ideal Candidate:

• You're a creative storyteller with a passion for food, branding, and social media.
• You're proficient in visual content creation, social media savvy, and have a keen eye for detail.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
