Job Summary
- AAdministrative Assistant / Brand and Media Communications Assistant toprovideadministrative support while also assisting with the company’s branding, media, and communication activities. The role combines office administration, communication management, content creation, social media management, and coordination of internal and external communications to ensure smooth operations and effective brand visibility.
- The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, creative, and able to manage both administrative and communication-related responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle emails, and official correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Maintain proper filing systems,documentationand company records.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing branding and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media, advertisements, and promotions.
- Write captionsand promotional materials.
- Monitor social media engagement and audience interactions.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Collaborate with management, sales, and creative teams.

N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
