Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary
- As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving business growth, and managing client acquisition strategies within the renewable energy market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s renewable energy portfolio
- Identify and convert business opportunities while managing key client relationships
- Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Manage proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with clients
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience in renewable energy, engineering, or technical sales is an added advantage.
Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 monthly.
