Tom Salem Integrated Services Limited is a Security service company that provides security escort services, airport shuttle services, and security guards to clients for their private property, commercial property, and private residences. We also extend security services to clients for private occasions when required. We have been in the business of securing lives and property for years, and our services remain bespoke.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, tracking costs for inventory management.
• Performing internal audits of transactions and conducting bank reconciliation.
• Creating and processing invoices.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Cross-checking invoices with payments to ensure accuracy.
• Managing stock inventory and requisitions.
• Cheque processing.

Requirements

• A minimum of an OND in accounting/finance.
• 1 - 2+ years of related experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Account software skills (QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel) will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
