Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Chef to join our hospitality team in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of fast-food, continental, and local breakfast meals while maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
Fast Food & Grill Menu:

• Prepare loaded fries (mini, medium, max) with different toppings and sauces
• Prepare wings (crunchy, peppered, BBQ)
• Cook burgers (chicken, beef, and suya)
• Prepare shawarma, noodles, sandwiches, and pasta dishes
• Prepare stir-fry spaghetti and peppered asun spaghetti.

Breakfast Menu:

• Yam & egg sauce, plantain & egg sauce
• Akara & pap, beans & plantain, moimoi
• Full British breakfast plate
• Avocado toast with egg
• Veggie omelet.

Kitchen Management:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ensure proper food storage and portion control
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
• Support smooth kitchen operations and timely food delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a chef/cook in a restaurant or fast-food setup
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian and continental dishes
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• High standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Culinary school training is an added advantage.
