Jewels Leading Lights Academy is a Christian school that started off in September 2013 and was born from the Bible club, where children gather every Saturday to learn about Jesus and how to shine as lights in their everyday lives. Job Summary
- We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate fresh graduates with a background in Mathematics Education, English Education, or Science Education who are eager to build a career in teaching.
- This role is designed to develop future educators through structured mentorship and classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering lessons under the supervision of senior educators
- Support classroom teaching in Mathematics, English, or Science
- Participate in lesson planning and instructional preparation
- Engage learners through guided academic support sessions
- Support assessment, marking, and learner progress tracking
- Participate in teacher training and professional development programmes
- Uphold school values and contribute to a positive learning environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education, English Education, Science Education, or related discipline
- Strong passion for teaching and child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback
- No prior teaching experience required, but it is an advantage.
