Job Summary

• We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, HR/payroll systems, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and remittances
• Maintain payroll records and employee data
• Handle payroll-related queries and reconciliations
• Support HR operations and reporting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in payroll administration
• Good knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
