Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- 5—8 years of experience in logistics or transportation management
- Experience in last-mile delivery or distribution networks
- Experience in agriculture or development projects is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning and route optimization
- Proficiency in logistics tracking systems and Excel
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory coordination
- Ability to analyze logistics performance data
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Strong communication skills for managing field operations.
