Qualification & Responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics. Economics, Development Studies, or related fields
- 4-7 years experience in MEL for donor- funded development programs
- Proficiency with data collection tools in KoboToolbox. ODK, SurveyCTO
- Proficiency in data tools Power 3, Tableau. Excel(advanced)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Proven experience working on youth employment, agriculture, or gender-focused programs
- Knowledge Of logframe design and results- based management (RBM)
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
