Quartication & Responsbilities

• Minimum of OND / NCE in Agriculture, Business, or related fields
• Experience in sales, extension services. or community engagement
• Experience working in rural or semi-urban communities
• Basic knowledge of agriculture and farm inputs
• Understanding of energy-efficient agricultural technologies (PUE) is an advantage
• Ability to use mobile tools (smartphones, USSD, apps) for data collection and reporting
• Basic sales and customer engagement skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy and community-oriented
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Problem-solving and adaptability in field conditions.
