Job Title: Call Center Personnel

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: B.Sc / HND in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is mandatory.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
