We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Personnel

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: B.Sc / HND in any relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is mandatory.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
