Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Training Coordinator will provide strategic leadership for Lonadek’s training stream, overseeing the development, sales, and execution of both technical and non-technical training programs.
  • The role is responsible for expanding market reach across industries and strengthening OEM partnerships to position Lonadek as a leading training provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable and sustainable training business model that aligned with Lonadek’s business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-impact technical and non-technical training programs.
  • Drive OEM-certified training initiatives and ensure compliance with partner standards.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets and sectors for training opportunities.
  • Lead sales efforts for corporate and individual training programs across industries.
  • Develop strategic client relationships and key accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the training team, including administrators, facilitators, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodies.
