Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Locations: Lagos, and Oyo

Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and client engagement
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Supervise and mentor recruitment officers and team members
- Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
