Job Title: Barista

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire experienced Baristas for a café in Lekki.
• The ideal candidates should be passionate about coffee, skilled in beverage preparation, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and matcha lattes
• Operate coffee machines and café equipment properly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the café
• Attend to customers professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage orders accurately and assist with daily café operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Barista in a café or restaurant
• Ability to prepare a variety of coffee drinks and matcha lattes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
