Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for:
- Monitoring/ManagingSales Performance: Tracking and evaluating Sales executives' performance against targets and KPIs.
- Strategic Travel: Travelling to key markets to build relationships, identify opportunities, and enhance the company's financial capability.
- Distributor Management: Managing relationships with distributors, ensuring timely payments, resolving disputes, and providing support to maximize sales.
- Target Achievement: Developing strategies and initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Recruitment of New Distributors: Identifying potential distributors, conducting recruitment activities, and onboarding new partners.
- Relationship Management: Nurturing existing relationships with distributors, providing support, and addressing concerns.
- Strategic Advice: Providing insights and recommendations to management on sales strategies, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Call to monitor distributor targets, at the beginning and end of every month.
- Support field staff to meet their targets
- Send six(6) months plan on how to capture the market
- Prepares monthly reports on market survey and and competitors analysis
- Prepares monthly report on your executives performance.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
