We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Team Lead
Location: Lekki-Chevron Area, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Chartered Member of CIPM, CIPD, or any equivalent professional institute.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of HR systems and Nigerian labour law regulations.
