We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Lekki-Chevron Are, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management
- Lead performance management, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations and organizational development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
- Manage HR budgets, reporting, and departmental performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Professional HR certification is required (CIPM, CIPD, or any equivalent professional institute)
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial experience
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
