Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Chef who will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality meals both local and continental dishes that are of standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare a variety of meals in line with menu specifications
• Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality, taste, and presentation expectations.
• Support in planning and developing menus for family functions.
• Manage waste reduction and portion control to optimize efficiency.
• Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field with 5 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef in – house or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
