About the Role
- Our client is seeking highly driven Business Development Executives to establish strong commercial presence across assigned regions and drive project acquisition within the construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, quantity surveyors, procurement teams, and applicators
- Identify and track active and upcoming construction projects within assigned regions
- Drive opportunities within flooring, waterproofing, skim coat, rendering, and finishing projects
- Conduct site visits, technical-commercial meetings, product presentations, sample submissions, and trial coordination
- 5Coordinate project execution support with the head office
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, pipeline reports, and project tracking updates
Requirements
- 4–7 years relevant industry experience.
- Strong network within the construction ecosystem in assigned region.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits.
- Proven ability to identify and develop project opportunities.
Salary
N100,000 – N180,000 monthly.
