We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Execution: Craft, cook, and present menu items consistently, ensuring each dish meets the establishment's taste and visual standards.
• Menu Development: Design appealing menus, create daily specials, and incorporate seasonal ingredients or dietary trends.
• Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, organize duty rosters, and train junior cooks or apprentices.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor food costs, manage stock rotation, place ingredient orders, and minimize waste to achieve profitability.
• Safety & Sanitation: Enforce stringent health, safety, and hygiene standards (such as HACCP principles) across all workstation.
