We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet Supervisor

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time GPS tracking systems across all active routes; flag and investigate
• Coordinate daily driver dispatches, ensure precise trip scheduling, and manage terminal logbooks.
• Audit fuel efficiency metrics for each vehicle and run weekly compliance checks on fuel card usages.
• Manage compliance documents, ensuring all fleet assets possess active LASDRI permits, hackney permits, comprehensive insurance, and roadworthiness certificates.
• Interface directly with corporate clients regarding vehicle replacement requests or lease logistics.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of verifiable experience in managing large commercial or corporate fleets in Nigeria.
• Advanced proficiency in using Fleet Management Software.
• Strong crisis-management skills to handle highway emergencies or breakdowns.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
