We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Workshop Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The Workshop Manager takes a no-compromise stance on technical excellence.
  • You will manage the maintenance facility, supervise the technician crews, and optimize spare parts budgets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Allocate complex mechanical/electrical tasks to technicians and sign off on completed works after rigorous quality checks.
  • Manage the complete workshop operational budget and control the spare parts inventory to prevent theft or waste.
  • Standardize and implement Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) across the entire corporate lease and interstate fleet.
  • Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules, making safety gear (PPE) mandatory in all repair bays.
  • Analyze root causes of recurring vehicle breakdowns to adjust maintenance plans.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Automotive Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in workshop operations, with at least 3 years in a clear leadership or managerial position.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory management systems and corporate budgeting tools.

Net Pay
Open to Negotiation.
