Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The Operations Manager is the engine room of our business. You will harmonize tech-driven interstate transport with corporate leasing contracts to guarantee maximum profitability.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee interstate route timetables, cross-border West African travel procedures, and booking portal performance.
• Supervise Terminal Managers and corporate vehicle location hubs to enforce consistent service standards.
• Track and optimize daily operational datasets, including cost-per-kilometer, fuel consumption, and asset turnarounds.
• Mitigate operational risks, handle emergency accident structures, and maintain a seamless network flow.
• Draft comprehensive monthly operational efficiency reports for executive board reviews.

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 6–10 years of operations leadership experience in a reputable logistics, transportation, or supply chain company.
• Strong mastery of data analysis, operational tech setups, and financial acumen.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
