Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Summary
- As the primary physical touchpoint, the Front Desk Officer must embody our core commitment to "Quality Personal Service."
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist arriving corporate lease clients, cross-country passengers, and cargo-dropping customers with warmth and absolute professional fairness.
- Manage the central switchboard; answer inquiries concerning ticket availability, charter pricing, and package tracking status.
- Sort and document incoming mail, corporate files, and office packages before sending them to the Cargo/Admin sections.
- Maintain an immaculate, quiet, and corporate-standard front office/reception area.
Job Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any social science or humanities discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service environments.
- Flawless English communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional presentation.
Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
