We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Building Contractor

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, and Ogun
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• Adkan Services Nigeria Limited is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Building Contractors with a proven track record in executing large-scale construction projects valued at ₦500 Million and above.
• Interested contractors must have verifiable experience, a strong portfolio, and valid company registration documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute building and construction projects in line with approved specifications and timelines
• Provide skilled manpower, equipment, and technical expertise for project delivery
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate effectively with project consultants, engineers, and site management teams
• Deliver projects within agreed budgets and timelines
• Ensure proper supervision and management of construction activities
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years proven experience in building/construction contracting (mandatory)
• Must have successfully handled projects valued at ₦500 Million and above
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Demonstrated capacity to manage large-scale projects and workforce
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.

Mandatory Submission Requirements:

• Company profile and portfolio of completed projects
• Proof/evidence of projects handled (award letters, completion certificates, pictures, etc.)
• Valid CAC registration documents
• Relevant licenses and certifications (if applicable).
