Job Title: Retail Sales Executive (Retail & Hospitality Partnerships)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to drive sales, secure retail and hospitality partnerships, and grow the brand’s presence across key customer channels.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in retail or B2B sales and be confident in identifying prospects, pitching products, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential retail and hospitality partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Pitch and sell the brand’s fragrance and lifestyle products to prospective clients.
- Secure product placements and business partnerships.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall brand growth.
- Conduct market research and follow up on leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Represent the brand professionally during client meetings and business engagements.
- Attend to walk-in customers, recommend suitable products, explain product features, and process sales/payments professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail sales, or business development.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, or lifestyle-related industries is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Existing network within the hospitality or retail industry is an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
