Job Summary

• HRLeverage Africa is recruiting for an experienced Storekeeper for its client in the catering industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking food supplies and inventory while ensuring proper stock control, accurate documentation, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming food items and supplies
• Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory control
• Issue items to kitchen and operations teams with accurate documentation
• Ensure proper storage of goods in line with hygiene and safety standards
• Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile variances
• Track expiry dates and minimize wastage
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Coordinate with procurement and management on stock replenishment

Requirements

• HND/BSc Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2–3 years experience as a Storekeeper in catering, hotel, canteen, or industrial kitchen
• Additional certification in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, or Logistics is an advantage
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tools
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Residency around Surulere is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.(Based on experience)
