Job Title: Marketplace Digital Experience Centre Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking for smart, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Marketplace Digital Experience Centre Officers.
Job Responsibilities
- Sign up and onboard new business customers/merchants
- Promote and deploy digital banking products such as POS terminals and payment solutions
- Support merchants with onboarding and resolve basic issues
- Educate customers on how to use digital banking products
- Participate in market campaigns and business engagement activities
- Build and maintain good relationships with merchants
- Help drive transaction growth and customer usage of digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience (banking or financial services experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must not be more than 26 years old.
