Job Title: Agent Field Officer (AFO) and Direct Sales Agent (DSA)

Locations: Wuse Zone 3, Wuse 2, Gwagwalada, Area 8, Area 11, Karu, Mararawa - Abuja (FCT); and Lokoja - Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
• Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
• Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps and savings plans.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an NCE/OND/HND/BSC with a minimum of 1 year sales/marketing experience is required.
• Age: Not more than 35 years.

Salary and Benefits

• N115,000 - N130,000 / Month.
