Job Title: Architecture Intern (NYSC)

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a talented, motivated, and detail-oriented Architecture Intern to join our design and project management team.
• The ideal candidate will support architectural design, 3D visualization, drafting, project documentation, and site coordination on real-world projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Create 3D models and renders using industry-standard software.
• Support project documentation, BOQs, and research tasks.
• Conduct site analysis and material research.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (completed or in view).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of construction methods and building materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A strong design portfolio is an added advantage.
