Job Title: NM TV Content Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Nairametrics is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Content Manager to oversee content planning and production for NM TV.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible forcontent development, show scheduling, guest coordination, scripting, and ensuring the delivery of engaging and high-quality video content aligned with the Nairametrics brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content ideas and programes for NM TV.
  • Coordinate show schedules and production timelines.
  • Manage guest sourcing, invitations, confirmations, and communication.
  • Write and review scripts for shows, interviews, and video segments.
  • Work closely with presenters, producers, and the production team to ensure smooth content execution.
  • Ensure all content aligns withNairametrics’ editorial and brand standards.
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement trends.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content production, media, broadcasting, or related roles.
  • Strong content development and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent writing, scripting, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple productions and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in television, digital media, or broadcast production is an added advantage.
