Job Title: Medical Sales Representative
Locations: Aba - Abia, Uyo - Akwa Ibom, Calabar - Cross River, Kano, Ibadan - Oyo and Lagos

Summary
- We are expanding across territories in different locations.
- This role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring customers understand the benefits and proper usage of our medical equipment.
- The candidate must be target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction and conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales pitches.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress against targets.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for strategy improvement.
- Utilize CRM and sales software to track pipeline activities effectively.
Requirements
Educational Level:
- Must have: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any biological science-related field.
Working Experience:
Must have:
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, especially in pharmaceutical sales.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and training.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- The ability to drive and navigate the territory properly will be a big advantage.
