We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding
• Develop and implement HRpolicies
• Handle employee relations and performance management.
• Coordinate staff training, development, and career growth programs
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• 7+ years HR experience
• HR certification is an advantage.

Required Skills:

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Recruitment and employee management
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/HR software.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
