Job Title: L&D Analytics Support Professional

Job Description

  • The Learning & Development (L&D) Analytics Support professional will play a key role in supporting employee growth by managing the data-driven aspects of our learning initiatives.
  • This role focuses on data analysis to track training completion, measure program effectiveness, and generate actionable insights to improve learning outcomes. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging metrics to support organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key learning metrics such as training completion rates, assessment scores, and learner engagement.
  • Training Coordination & Support: Assist in scheduling training sessions, managing learning calendars, and compiling participant lists.
  • Compliance & Content Tracking: Monitor and document progress for mandatory compliance training to ensure records are accurate for audit purposes.
  • Evaluation Support: Administer post-training feedback surveys, aggregate data, and compile reports to help evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating L&D metrics dashboards to provide visibility to management.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development support, or data analytics.
  • Industry Preference: Experience or familiarity with the retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data sorting, formulas, charts) and comfort working with HR data reporting tools.
