1. Head, Business Development
Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion and revenue growth
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts:
- integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Plan and implement marketing strategy including advertising and public relations.
- Manage relevant reporting of financial information for sales and marketing departments.
- Protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and Intellectual properly management.
Qualification & Experience
- Possess a relevant first degree
- MBA or a professional qualification in Marketing, Purchasing and Supply and other related discipline would be an added advantage
- At least 15 years of cognate experience, 5 of which must be in a related capacity

2.) Head, Finance & Accounts
Responsibilities
- Oversee investment end asset management.
- Oversee financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships,
- Develop and utilise forward looking, predictive models and activity based financial analyses to provide insight Into the organizations operations and business plans.
- Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, foundation executives, auditors, public officials, etc.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy and usefulness of financial and management reporting for management and board.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
Qualification & Experience
- HND/Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
- Masters Degree is Finance or Accounting is an added advantage
- Possession of a professional qualification like ACCA or ICAN
- Minimum of 10 years experience, 5 of which should be at a managerial level
Functional Requirements

3.) Manager, Financial Control
Responsibilities
- Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances.
- Provide and develop accurate, timely and relevant financial reports and information on the Company's current and future years' financial positions including income statement, balance sheet, cash-flow, relevant financial performance ratios, capital expenditure and investment returns.
- Ensure accounting policies comply with the relevant accounting standards and the Comnpany's policies are followed.
- Implement cash management controls and forecasts to maximise use of cash resources.
- Ensure that there is effective liaison with external and internal auditors in relation to all financial accounting matters.
Qualification & Experience
- HND/Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline.
- Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting is an added advantage
- Possession of a Professional qualification like ACCA or ICAN
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
Functional Requirements
- Strong analytical skills in using MS Office Suite
- Experience Excel abilities, Word processing and PowerPoint presentation.
- Expertise in Financial, Cost and Management accounting is desirable.

4.) Human Resource & Admin Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development and performance appraisals est.)
- Establish and maintain appropriable systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed torrents and timescales.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge ot contemporary HR development theory, methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organisation.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline from a reputable Higher institution.
- Post-graduate degree in business management/administration(MBA, With Human Resources major) will also be an advantage.
- Knowledge & experience of Human Resources
- Usually a minimum of 8 years experience in Human Resources and Management
- Professional qualification in treasury management and Other related discipline are added advantage e.g. ACIPM, AMNIM

5.) Quality Control Manager
Responsibilities
- Determine overall product quality by conducting and evaluating various product tests related to printing and packaging.
- Directs activities of the quality control team, ensuring that personnel work accurately and effectively to produce quality products or services.
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints and collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and designs.
- Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP) systems; validating processes; and providing documentation.
- Identify waste/cost reduction opportunities through process analysis and organize activities aimed at reducing waste/cost.
- Oversee the implementations and testing of new products and designs changes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or its equivalent in Printing/Graphic Engineering from a reputable higher institution
- Masters degree in printing or design related field is an added advantage
- Minimum 8 years cognate work experience in a printing environment
Skills Required
- Knowledge of printing processes

6.) General Manager, Packaging
Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day running running of the production arm and business development of the organisation.
- Oversees all activities and operations of the production unit.
- Ensure that business operations are efficient and effective and resources are properly managed.
- Drive performance measures for the production (including a consideration of efficiency versus effectiveness) and business development unit.
- Drive revenue growth through effective leadership in the marketing of company's products, as well as maintaining ownership of the company's overall product strategy and execution of product suites.
Qualification and Experience
- Possess a relevant degree in Engineering/ Accounting/ Economics/Business Administration
- MBA and other additional qualifications would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 15 years experience, 5 at which should be at management level in a similar role in printing/Packaging company

7.) Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategies.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescale, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities e.g product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
- Exhibit brand image and what it stands for
- Research and report on external opportunities.
- Understand current and potential customers and make customer focused decisions
- Any other duties assigned by Head of Business Development.
