Job Title: Handyman

Job Summary 

• We are currently seeking experienced and reliable professionals to join our maintenance team in capacity following of: Handyman

Work Arrangement:

• Shift work may be required and can be accommodated where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Depending on the role assigned, responsibilities may include:
• Carrying out routine maintenance and repair works.
• Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, fittings, and structures.
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conducting inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
• Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Reporting major faults, damages, or replacement needs to management.

Role-Specific Duties:

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance across different areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, and fittings.
• Assist with general upkeep of the facility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the relevant field.
• Technical certification or trade qualification is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Willingness to work shifts when required.
• Good communication and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 monthly (Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and skill level.)
