Here at Milestone Boutique Apartments, we offer a variety of deluxe apartments suitable for a range of guests, whether you’re in Lagos on business or transit to other state or travelling out of the country, with your partner or family for a holiday, attending a conference or visiting.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook / Chef

Location: Ojodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilties

• Cater to the needs of all customers, delivering exceptional food and service
• Deliver consistent, high food standards in line with Milestone Boutique Apartments brand values.
• Create fresh, seasonal, and innovative dishes inspired by national and intercontinental cuisines
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety practices and record keeping
• Manage allergy reporting and ensure accurate signposting for customers
• Oversee budgeting, ordering, and stock control.

Skills and Experience

• A genuine love of food and teamwork
• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment
• Proven experience in a high-end hospitality or similar venue
• Local knowledge and experience working in the area
• Passion for exceptional service and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of service styles and current food trends
• Creative and innovative approach to menu development
• Excellent presentation, organisation, and time management skills
• Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach.

Work Structure:

• 5 working days (12-hour shifts) on and 2 days off weekly
• or 2 working (12-hour shifts) days on and 5 days off weekly
• or 4 days (12-hour shifts) on and 4 days off weekly
• Daily Meal.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
