Job Summary
- The Bricklayer Supervisor will oversee block work and plastering activities on site, ensuring quality execution, proper coordination of workers, and compliance with project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise block work and plastering activities on site
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Coordinate artisans and monitor daily site activities
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance are maintained
- Report project progress and site challenges to management
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in civil engineering, Architecture, Quantity Survey or other related fields.
- Strong experience supervising block work and plastering activities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good leadership and site coordination skills
- Relevant construction/site supervision experience.
