Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Procurement Manager role is to lead procurement operations by establishing procurement processes, sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for production and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop procurement policies, approval workflows, and SOPs.
• Set up vendor onboarding, PO management, and supplier performance tracking.
• Source glass, aluminium hardware, and accessories for projects.
• Negotiate pricing and manage supplier relationships.
• Monitor material requirements and expedite deliveries.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Oversee store operations, stock control, and inventory reconciliation.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate supplier payments with Finance.
• Resolve supplier quality issues and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years' procurement experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Proven experience building procurement functions, policies, and processes.
• Knowledge of aluminium systems, glass, and hardware is an advantage.
• Existing supplier network in Lagos is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience using ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.
• CIPS certification is an advantage.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
