Job Summary

- The Direct Sales Agent will drive retail customer acquisition, account opening, and product uptake through direct field engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, engage, and convert new customers within assigned territories.
- Promote banking products and services including savings, current accounts, and loan offerings.
- Handle customer onboarding while ensuring full KYC compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain accurate sales records using approved reporting tools.
- Build and sustain customer relationships for retention and referrals.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience in banking, fintech, insurance, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics is an added advantage.
Salary
199,000 Net Monthly.
