We are recruiting experienced and reliable professionals to join our maintenance team in the capacity of:

Job Title: Maintenance Personnel (Electrician)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

What They Do

• Building construction and development.
• Sale of building materials.
• Project design and planning.
• Repairs, maintenance, and demolition.
• Import and export services.

Key Highlight:

• Received a government tax incentive (Pioneer Status) in 2021, showing strong investment in the construction sector.

Work Arrangement:

• Shift work may be required and can be accommodated where necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role assigned, responsibilities may include:

• Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure safe electrical operations.
• Carrying out routine maintenance and repair works.
• Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, fittings, and structures.
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conducting inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
• Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Reporting major faults, damages, or replacement needs to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the relevant field.
• Technical certification or trade qualification is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Willingness to work shifts when required.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 monthly (Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and skill level).
