Job Title: Recovery Officer

Locations: Agbara, Ajah, Isolo/Ago - Lagos; Ibadan (Akala Express), Ibadan Town - Oyo; Okene Town Centre, Lokoja Township, Kabba Town - Kogi; Asaba, Oshimili South, Agbor, Warri - Delta; Benin City - Edo; Ilaro - Ogun; Odigbo, Ondo; Ekiti - Ikere - Ekiti; and Ife, and Ilesha - Osun

Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Recovery Officers to join our team across the listed locations.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, ensuring timely loan recovery, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on overdue loan repayments.
• Conduct field visits for debt recovery and customer engagement.
• Negotiate repayment plans with defaulting customers.
• Maintain accurate recovery records and reports.
• Ensure assigned recovery targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Escalate unresolved cases where necessary.
• Adhere strictly to company recovery policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline.
• Previous experience in loan recovery, collections, microfinance, or field operations is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.
• Candidates must reside within or close to the preferred location.
