We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Solid Minerals Export

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure solid minerals (copper, lead ore, tin, lithium, coal, gold, iron ore)
• Conduct market research to track pricing trends and supply opportunities
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Maintain proper procurement records and documentation
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement within the solid minerals sector
• Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s solid minerals export market
• Proficiency in procurement tools and systems
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
