We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Full-Stack PHP Developer (Mobile Specialist)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Full-Stack PHP Developer (Mobile Specialist) to join our growing technology team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust backend systems, high-performance RESTful APIs, and real-time synchronization features that support seamless mobile experiences.
• This role requires strong expertise in Laravel, database optimization, and real-time communication technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively across web and mobile development teams.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and expert-level RESTful APIs using Laravel (Sanctum/Passport) or React with token-based authentication.
• Build and optimize real-time synchronization features using WebSockets technologies such as Laravel Reverb for instant messaging, call triggers, notifications, and live video state updates.
• Manage, optimize, and cache complex PostgreSQL and MySQL databases to ensure fast, lightweight, and efficient mobile endpoint performance.
• Collaborate closely with frontend mobile developers to ensure seamless integration between backend systems and mobile applications.
• Utilize GitHub workflows to manage parallel development branches across web backend and mobile modules effectively.
• Implement performance optimization strategies to maintain low latency and high reliability, especially in poor network conditions.
• Develop and maintain offline synchronization and cross-platform data mirroring capabilities.
• Monitor backend performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for enhanced system stability and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions with cross-functional teams.

Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of specialized experience in backend development and API architecture.

Required Skills
Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in RESTful API Design using Laravel Sanctum/Passport.
• Experience with WebSockets technologies such as Laravel Reverb.
• Advanced database optimization skills in PostgreSQL and MySQL, including deep caching strategies.
• Familiarity with Hybrid Mobile Frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Proficiency in advanced GitHub workflows and version control practices.

• Ability to bridge technical requirements between web infrastructure and mobile user experiences effectively.
