Sagar Vitaceuticals Nigeria Limited (SVNL) is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Ikeja, Lagos. Originally established as a joint venture, it is now owned by Sagar Overseas Ltd. SVNL operates a modern facility with high-capacity production lines for tablets, capsules, ointments, and more, adhering to GMP standards.

The company is NAFDAC-approved and partners with Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health to support local drug production. Its product portfolio includes vitamins, antibiotics, and over-the-counter supplements.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Liquid Filling Operator

Location: Makun City, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Operate Liquid Filling Equipment; Set up, operate, and monitor liquid filling machines to ensure accurate filling, capping, and packaging of liquid products.
• Monitor Product Quality: Check filled containers for correct volume, leakage, seal integrity, and labeling accuracy to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform Cleaning and Sanitization: Clean and sanitize filling machines, pipelines, tanks, and production areas according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain Production Records: Accurately document batch details, machine settings, production output, downtime, and any process deviations in manufacturing logs.
• Ensure Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Follow workplace safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines to maintain safe and compliant production operations.
