Job Title: Lawyer

Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to leasing agreements, vendor contracts, financing agreements, and any other legal documents essential to the company's operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while safeguarding the interests of Capital Trust Equipment Leasing.
• Advise senior management on legal risks and ensure company operations align with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage legal disputes, providing counsel to resolve issues efficiently through negotiation or litigation
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required during the contract duration.

Salary
N200,000 - N205,000 / Month.
