We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Managing staff welfare, discipline, and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour and statutory regulations
• Coordinating payroll, leave administration, and staff training
• Advising management on workforce planning and organizational development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
