Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Store Manager to oversee supply chain operations and inventory management for our exploration projects.
• This role is critical to ensuring that field teams are equipped with the right materials, tools, and resources to succeed in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics coordination: Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of exploration equipment and supplies.
• Inventory control: Maintain accurate records, track usage, and forecast needs for field operations.
• Team supervision: Lead store staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Operational support: Collaborate with exploration teams to anticipate requirements and respond quickly to urgent needs.
• Compliance management: Ensure adherence to company policies, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
