Job Summary 

  • Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company seeking a competent and detail-oriented Business Development Manager (Real Estate) to lead our sales team, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth. increase its sales and profits.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and increasing company revenue.
  • The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sales and business development within the real estate industry and possess a strong understanding of the Nigerian property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
  • Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility
  • Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
